Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry or application form we collect your name and phone number, your email if you give one, what you want to study or do, the programme, level and start date you tell us, and anything you write about your background. If you choose to attach documents, we keep those too. We also record which page you sent the form from, any campaign tags in the link you used, and your IP address, which we use to block spam.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, advise you, and carry out the services you ask us for, such as an application, a visa or a booking.
Documents you attach
Attaching documents is optional. They are stored privately, outside the public part of the website, and only logged-in staff can open them. They are deleted when your enquiry is deleted.
Who sees it
Our counsellors and staff. We do not sell personal data. If you ask us to go ahead with an application, we pass on to the university, embassy, airline or other body only what is needed for that purpose.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to deal with you. If you want your details deleted, tell us.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, 2022 of Tanzania. Write to the email address above or visit our office.
Cookies and similar tools
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token for the forms. Your browser also remembers for the visit that you closed the announcement bar. We do not use advertising cookies.
We count visits to understand which pages help people. This uses no cookies and no profile: each visit is stored with the page, the language, the type of device, the website you came from and a daily code that cannot be traced back to you. Your IP address is not kept for this. We also count clicks on the call, WhatsApp and apply buttons. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count your visit.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google servers when a page opens. The WhatsApp, call and email buttons open those apps, which have their own privacy policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top will change.
